Friday, Jan 17th: Eternal Flame program - University of California, Santa Barbara, California, Buchanan Hall Courtyard. “Walk With Us” to North Hall; Reception, Multi-Cultural Center.
Worship Service with Congregation B'nai B’rith. Red Sea Rhythm Rockers choir, music, and poetry; come together in fellowship. 1000 San Antonio Rd., Santa Barbara, California 93111.
Saturday, Jan 18th: Santa Barbara City College, Crossing the Bridge, Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's Legacy; walk across bridge from the main campus to west campus. Experience a re-creation of the Selma to Montgomery March.
Sunday, Jan 19th: Faith services We encourage you to attend your place of worship or look at this list of church/faith organization recognizing MLK Jr.

Guest Speaker, music, dance, elected officials. Unity March, De La Guerra Plaza,State Street to the Arlington Theater. Faith and Church congregations, community organizations, all are welcome to participate.
9:40 a.m. - 10:40 a.m., David Gorospe Trio, Arlington Theater Foyer- 1317 State St., SantaBarbara, CA 93101; jazz and popular music to welcome marchers.
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Arlington Theater Program, 1317 State St., Santa Barbara, California 93101; 11am- 12:30; M.C. Alla McKeon; Essay and Poetry Awards, soloist Lois Mahalia, music accompaniment, John Douglas; Youth dancers “Core Knowledge” Derrick Curtis, Choreographer; David Gorospe, music. Rev. James M. Lawson, Keynote speaker;worked with Dr. King in planninga non-violentdirection of the movement in the late 1950’s and 1960’s; mentor to the Nashville Student Movement and the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee ; Inductee into California Hall of Fame for his life’s work in non-violence and social justice.
