Santa Barbara Elks Lodge #613 is hosting a 4th of July Family Fun Fair and Picnic for the community. The day's events include a Classic Car Meet, BBQ, Kid's Zone with Maria's Face Painting, games, root beer floats, popcorn, bake sale, silent auction, raffles, bingo, and so much more.
