This is the fifth year of this easy, non-competitive Charity fundraiser. Seven St Vincent de Paul Conferences from Ventura and Santa Barbara County join together to host The 5K walk/run; which starts at St. Joseph field, continuing through the Carpinteria business district to Carpinteria State Beach; along the beach, and returns to St. Joseph field for family-oriented after event activities, games, and food.
Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are welcome and each walker will receive a free T-Shirt. While admission is free, 100% of all donations will be used to help the disadvantaged in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
