What: On Wednesday, April 1, join Rosewood Miramar Beach's Director of Bars Eliza Hoar and AMA Sushi's Executive Chef Scott Yonamine for an immersive evening blending omakase dining with modern mixology.

In partnership with Nikka Whiskey, Guests will enjoy an omakase featuring fish sourced from Japan’s Toyosu fish market alongside local Santa Barbara uni, spiny lobster, spot prawns, and abalone served in ceramics made by the chef himself.

Enhanced with cocktails and tastings of Nikka Japanese Whisky, alongside spirit-free options, the event amplifies AMA Sushi's serene and elevated omakase experience while exploring the history and craftsmanship behind Japanese whisky.
