Theatre Eclectic and Santa Barbara City College School of Extended Learning present its annual Fall production, An Eclectic Collection of One Acts, a program of one act plays, comedy and drama, celebrating local playwrights and vintage, under-produced playwrights from the past. The shows, free and open to the public, will happen across three different venues: Dec. 3 and 10 at the SBCC Wake Center, Dec. 5 and 12 at the SBCC Schott Center, and Dec. 7 at the Friendship Manor Senior Living Community in Isla Vista. Shows start at 7:00 pm (doors open at 6:45 pm) at Wake and Schott, while Friendship Manor will host a matinee at 2:00 pm (doors open at 1:45). An Eclectic Collection of One Acts brings together an exciting line-up for a free evening of public theater.
Theatre Eclectic is the production arm of the acting workshop offered by SBCC School of Extended Learning: Urge to Act – Acting for Older Adults (18-80+). We are committed to providing equal access to theater for artists of all backgrounds and levels of experience; and providing equal access to theater for under-served audiences.
No tickets, advance or at the door, required. All performances are free.
