California’s Central Coast Seafood Dinner

Join Executive Chef Jason Paluska and The Lark team for a seafood-driven evening celebrating the bounty of the Central Coast.

Featuring rod-and-reel–caught fish from Travis Meyer of Haha Fish Co. and pristine oysters from Grassy Bar Oyster Company, this coastal feast highlights the freshness of our local waters.

The experience will be complemented with thoughtfully paired cocktails and spirits from Black Market Spirits.

A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
