Class Description: Learn the art of cooking with Guinness, both sweet & savory for St. Patty’s Day.

This class will cover the following:

  • Soft Pretzels with Cheddar Guinness Dipping Sauce
  • Colcannon (Mashed Potatoes with Sautéed Cabbage & Irish Butter)
  • Guinness Braised Short Ribs
  • Chocolate & Stout Pot de Crème
