Celebrated San Luis Obispo painter Susan Kounanis, recently
voted Best Fine Arts Painter in San Luis Obispo County for the
fourth year in a row, will be the Featured Artist at Gallery Los
Olivos for the month of June. Her new solo exhibition, “In Full
Bloom,” opens June 1, 2025, and presents an exuberant
collection of floral paintings that radiate joy, movement, and
color.
Known for her expressive brushwork and luminous compositions,
Kounanis captures the beauty and vitality of flowers with bold
color and emotional depth. Her work has garnered a devoted
following internationally, with collectors praising her ability to
blend technical precision with artistic freedom.
