Heroes Power Yoga

Using power vinyasa yoga, students will engage in moving meditation focusing on building healthy physical strength and flexibility while exploring a growth mindset, enhancing psychological resilience, cultivating mindfulness, nourishing philosophical inquiry, deepening focus and tactical breathing, belly laughter, and searching for calm within the storm of chaos all while deepening our shared commitment to community service and investing in our individual healing and self-growth.
