HYBRID FamilyTools+ Support Group - YouthWell

FamilyTools+ is a hybrid support group for parents of youth ages 5-18, with ADHD, autism, Tourette's, & uniquely-wired brains and focuses on the needs of neurodiverse youth. This support group addresses the day to day challenges of parenting, ideas for strengthening family connections, and how to prioritize your own self-care and wellness while learning tips from other parents. It also focuses on the specific needs of parents raising neurodiverse youth, such as emotional regulation, time management and building relationships with teachers/schools.
