In-Person: Holiday Side Dish Cooking Class

Are you vegan-curious? Do you love side dishes more than turkey? Are you looking to switch things up on your holiday table, or impress your friends and family at the holiday potluck? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this class (and Plant-based Holiday Sides #2) is for you!

Join A to Z Cooking School in this hands-on class for adults where you will learn how to make a full array of side dishes. After cooking, we will sit down together and enjoy our meal.

The menu for this class is:

- Rustic Mashed Potatoes

- Green Beans Amandine

- Honey-glazed carrots

- Fall Harvest Salad

The class is offered three times. November 4th, 6th, or 10th. Each class is the same. Sign up once.

If you'd like to take the class at a discounted rate, and help with set-up and clean-up, choose the Assistant ticket for the day of your choosing. You will cook and eat with everyone.
