Great for recovery from hard workouts or simply a great place to begin/continue a yoga practice that is more gentle in nature.
We'll get you moving and breathing for the first half of class with a simple, grounding, gentle flow and then spend the second half of class on the ground working more opening, releasing, and rejuvenating postures.
The class is warm. Not crazy hot.
