
This workshop is to offer an understanding of the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Yoga practice. The student will be guided through a foundational understanding of the Ashtanga method. Through the session, philosophy, breath, and skillful action (Vinyasa) will all be explored in a thorough, complete, and fun manner.
All levels are welcome. This introduction intends to offer the student a chance to develop a self-motivated practice and possibly come to enjoy morning Mysore classes.
