Call to ArtistsJury Competition 2023FLOWER is the theme of this year's competition. It’s time to smell the roses and be inspired by your own memories and interpretations of nature's beauty. Representational and abstract works in any media are welcome for consideration. JUROR of AWARDS:Kerrie SmithEnglish Artist Kerrie Smith was born in England and now resides in Santa Barbara. Smith attended Central Saint Martin’s School of Art, London, England, she received her B.A. with Honors in 3-Dimensional & Theater Design. Her work has been exhibited nationally and is honored to be this year’s 2022-23 Artist in Residence at the Wildling Museum of Art & Nature where she will exhibit “Portals and Pathways” She is President of the Art Council at Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art and founded the non-profit organization Art Walk for Kids/Adults with outreach programs for artists with disabilities in Santa Barbara. No pedestal works will be accepted.•Artwork may not exceed 28”x 28”x 10” deep, including framing.•Image submissions - 72 DPI Jpeg.Please title your Jpegs with the following:your name, title, media, framed size, retail price JPG’s emailed to, info@susantibbles.com with FLOWERS and your name in the subject bar. The PayPal invoice will follow. Entry Fee: $35 for up to two images, additional images may be submitted at $5 each payable via Paypal.It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay your entry fee, PayPal accepts credit cards. GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTED WORKS: Works must be properly wired, using eye screws or D-rings, Saw-tooth/Bar-hooks will not be accepted. All works shall be for sale. Gallery splits a 60% to artist 40% to gallery. In-gathering of accepted artwork, March 2nd and 3rd.You will be notified of your day. Only quality frames will be accepted. Giclee’s on canvas will not be accepted.
