Discover the Japanese art of Kintsugi, the centuries-old practice of repairing broken ceramics with gold. In this hands-on workshop, artist and certified Kintsugi instructor Kat McDowell, trained in Japan, will share the history and philosophy of Kintsugi while guiding participants through a modern restoration process.
Participants are invited to bring their own ceramic piece to repair or can work on a simple piece provided by the instructor.
Admission includes supplies and a take-home Kintsugi kit.
