Not just for women, the League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara invites guests to attend its annual business meeting. Directly following at 12:30 p.m. is a timely talk by local journalist Starshine Roshell titled “Moment of Truth: Spotting and Stopping Rampant Disinformation.”
