Join us among the oaks at Rocky Nook Park in Santa Barbara for a lunch-break-length walk. Nature connection walks, sometimes referred to as forest bathing, are gentle, mindful walks inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku and are associated with health and well-being .
- You'll receive invitations to connect with nature using your senses and we'll close with tea
- Safe, welcoming space for people from all walks of life
- Unlike a hike or naturalist walk, there’s no mountain to climb or scientific names to learn
- You'll receive reminders about what to bring (water, sun protection, etc.) in advance
