Yoga Soup is very excited to announce our new Morning Meditation Series! Starting in February, this curated schedule of unique meditation styles and teachers offers a daily opportunity for you to meditate with the support of a skilled guide and community. Each day of the week there will be a different style offered by a teacher that is dedicated to holding a meditative group space and sharing their love of meditative practices.
Our hope is that the variety of methods and consistency of offerings will support you in growing and maintaining a personal meditation practice that resonates with your life, enhances your overall wellbeing, and honors the great gift of practicing in community.
For those committed to establishing a meditation practice in community, Traci, the series organizer, gently suggests trying out as many classes as you are able for a committed period of time (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month?) to feel into what practices you connect with most strongly– and to be curious about how your time on the cushion filters into the rest of your day.
