Class Description: Petit Fours mean "small oven"; create delicious small bites in three distinct styles: glace (iced), sel (savory) or sec (dry).

This class will cover the following:

  • Lime Raspberry Petit Fours (Chiffon Cake, Swiss Meringue, Poured Fondant)
  • French Onion & Gruyere Tartlets
  • Lemon Meringue Shortbread Tartlets
