
Class Description: Petit Fours mean "small oven"; create delicious small bites in three distinct styles: glace (iced), sel (savory) or sec (dry).
This class will cover the following:
- Lime Raspberry Petit Fours (Chiffon Cake, Swiss Meringue, Poured Fondant)
- French Onion & Gruyere Tartlets
- Lemon Meringue Shortbread Tartlets
