Plastic Cactus, a femme fronted surf/psych band (from Portland) and The Elwoods (from Elwood) live at The Mercury Lounge Old Town Goleta. Plastic Cactus will be touring through California this summer and the are stopping in at The Mercury on Friday, May 31.
