On Tuesday, October 6th, at 11am Pacific Time, Congressman Salud Carbajal will hold a virtual press conference to formally introduce the Energy Opportunity Zones Act. The bill intends to bring new investment in renewable energy to the region in order to address the impending decommissioning of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
