Ensemble Theatre Company is hosting a musical experience honoring the legacy of Johnny Cash! Join ETC for a pre-show matinee discussion with special guest speaker Cenate Pruitt, PhD, called "Constructions of Masculinities as Rebel Cowboy in the Songs of Johnny Cash."
Cenate Pruitt (he/him) is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of North Georgia. His lifelong love of music has informed his academic research, including his paper, “Boys ‘Round Here”: Masculine Life-Course Narratives in Contemporary Country Music .”
Southern tea and sweets will be served in our courtyard for performance attendees.
