Suburbanoid performs a unique sound bath meditation experience.
Featuring: Multiply instruments including, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, guitar with electric bow, chimes, sound drones, sound loops, and vocals and more.
Music and sound help with meditation concentration by focusing the mind. It can help to create positive vibrations and ease one into a state of deep relaxation. This allows the body, mind, and spirit to rejuvenate

This event is intended to help people take a moment, relax, meditate, and find some peacefulness to bring and share in their upcoming week. The meditation is at the beach, on the sand. Please feel free to bring yoga mats, blankets, chairs, or whatever you may need to get comfortable to sit or lay down for the experience.
The Sound Meditation is located at Leadbetter beach. Please enter the parking lot to the left. We are on the beach, to the right of the catamarans and across the street from the SBCC stadium.
Leadbetter parking is $2.50 an hour.
