SB Coast Writing Workshop

Please join us for another nature writing workshop along the Santa Barbara Coast! Funded by the UCSB Coastal Fund with support from our sponsors at the Santa Barbara chapter of Surfrider, our workshops aim to enhance one's understanding and love of the environment through creative writing.

During the workshop we will go through a packet of science and nature reading excerpts, work on writing activities and do "walk and talks" with Timnit Kefela, our guest scientist from the Bren School, where she will talk about her research and answer any questions you may have.
