The Green Party of Santa Barbara County will hold its next monthly meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. on Aug. 7 via Google Meet. Members of the community are welcome to attend.
The Green Party is a grassroots organization of activists, environmentalists, advocates for social justice, nonviolent resisters, and regular citizens who’ve had enough of corporate-dominated politics. The Green Party believes that government must be part of the solution, but when it’s controlled by the 1 percent, it’s part of the problem.
