
Scott Claassen is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and Episcopal priest. Claassen honed his musical skills with stints in Nashville, Austin, and Los Angeles sharing the stage with artists ranging from Nelly to Willie Nelson.
In addition to his work as a musician and pastor, Claassen is an environmental activist who spent on a Carbon Sabbath during which he refrained from flying and driving for one year while bicycling around the United States engaging Christian communities in dialogue about climate change.
His band often includes friends on saxophone, violin, mandolin, drums, percussion, and vocals.
