Experience a hands-on sculpting workshop at Jalama Canyon Ranch and discover how patterns in the natural world become sculptural form.Join White Buffalo Land Trust Artist-in-Residence Kim Radochia for an artist talk and walk through the landscape, then bring what you see to life through hands-on making using materials from the ranch. The day begins with a guided walk with Kim to observe the textures, forms, and rhythms that shape the natural world. This exploration is followed by a sculpture-making session using natural materials gathered from the ranch alongside a variety of casting techniques.Participants will contribute to a collaborative sculptural piece and create an individual work to take home. A seasonal farm-to-table lunch will be shared as part of the experience.This workshop is an invitation to slow down, engage your senses, and explore making as a way of connecting more deeply with the land.
