SB ACT and the cities of Carpinteria, Goleta, Santa Barbara, the County of SB, and local agencies are launching a new 3-year strategic plan to address homelessness across South SB County. Come join us in our efforts to address homelessness, learn how to make a difference, and be a part of a community motivated to helping our unhoused neighbors.
