
Class Description: Skillet cooking is filled with maximum flavor, and you can learn to sauté, bake, braise and roast all in a cast-iron pan. (Class will also cover seasoning, cleaning and pan storage).
In this class, we will create the following menu:
- Blistered Brussel Sprouts with a Caramelized Onion
- Potato Bacon Hash with a Fried Egg
- Skillet Chicken with White Wine Sauce
- Apple Cinnamon Cobbler with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
