Spring Cast-Iron Cooking: Sun, April 16th

Class Description: Skillet cooking is filled with maximum flavor, and you can learn to sauté, bake, braise and roast all in a cast-iron pan. (Class will also cover seasoning, cleaning and pan storage).

In this class, we will create the following menu:

  • Blistered Brussel Sprouts with a Caramelized Onion
  • Potato Bacon Hash with a Fried Egg
  • Skillet Chicken with White Wine Sauce
  • Apple Cinnamon Cobbler with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
