We will remove food with known addictive properties - gluten, dairy, refined sugars, and white salt - for 28 days. These foods are known to cause inflammation, bloating, and craving that sabotage weight loss, sap your energy and disrupt sleep. You will enjoy the many beneficial effects – reduced snacking, improved sleep, clear minds, restored energy, and more! In week one we prepare, in weeks 2-5 we eat a whole foods diet without culprits, and in the final week learn how to “test” various foods you want to reintegrate as well as set your intention for moving forward. Join me and discover which foods are disruptive to you and choose your own way forward with what you discover. There will be questionnaires and action items each week to keep you on track.
