Spring High Tea: Sat, March 25th (Carp)

Class Description: Celebrate with us as we create and enjoy a traditional “Savoy Style” high tea for the last day of winter/first day of the spring season-sort of.

This class will cover the following:

  • A Selection of Tea Sandwich’s:
    Scottish Smoked Salmon
  • Coronation Chicken

Fresh Scone & Spread’s:

  • Vanilla Bean Cranberry Scones
  • Cornish Clotted Cream

Selection of Tea Pastries:

  • Classic Hot Cross Buns
  • Lemon Loaf with Vanilla Glaze

Served Alongside: Pot of Tea (Choice of 1 below):

  • Chamomile
  • Raspberry
  • English Breakfast
