The Summit for Danny climbs raise funds for the Daniel Bryant Youth and Family Centers, which provide lifesaving, life-changing treatment and services to help youth and families find their own paths to recovery and become their best selves. When that happens, we create healthier, more vibrant communities for everyone to enjoy.
Since 2000, hundreds of hikers across Santa Barbara County have come together to raise scholarship funds for substance abuse treatment for teens at the Daniel Bryant Youth and Family Centers. Operated by the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA), the Centers offer safe and effective outpatient treatment for youth who are struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Families and friends can enjoy great company and the choice of two hiking trails — easy (2-3 miles) and intermediate (4-5 miles). Following the hikes, there will be a BBQ, entertainment, and awards. This is your chance to support local youth in overcoming drug abuse—and we couldn’t do it without you!
