Tabata Strength with Jane Reaction Fitness

Details: Class format will include an 8 minute warm-up followed by moves performed in standard Tabata style (20s of work, 10s rest, repeat 8 times). I'll bring the tunes, you bring the sweat!
Equipment needed: Water, towel, mat, and ONE light to moderate weight or dumbbell. (Weights are optional. You may borrow a sanitized dumbbell for $2.)
Cost: $15/person
