In this workshop, you will explore the many benefits for the face and body and the difference between Gua Sha and Lymphatic Drainage so that you may begin integrating these practices into your daily routine seamlessly.
Together, we will perform a facial protocol with a special Gua Sha tool made of Rose Quartz, Jade or Amethyst, Alohi Golden oil & a small mirror to follow along with the demonstration so that first-hand experience can be practiced at home with your skincare regime.
