The Magic of Rest

Please join Holly for a deeply restful practice to cultivate gratitude.

We’ll begin with a gentle seated yoga practice, moving the body to release tension. Then we’ll transition to longer held, supported restorative postures. Reiki (energy healing) will also be offered, to encourage you to find a more complete relaxation.

Let yourself find peace within, and then head out into the world radiating gratitude.
