The We in Wellness: Caring for us All
We are at a crossroads as a society, as a community- will we go the path of self-protection, often in association with competition and self-pre-occupation, or will we go on a path of collaboration, compassion and mutual support?
These are difficult times, which bring out the worst and best in us. Fear and uncertainty can cause us to habitually turn inward towards what is known and familiar. But to move forward as people to create the kind of world we want to live in, we need to open ourselves us and think differently.
Come join us as we hear from voices who have been devoted to community wellness, and together let’s explore creative and compassionate ways forward.
