Please join us for a relaxing 30 minutes of Buddhist wisdom, inspiration, and guided meditation. We will follow the text "How to Solve Our Human Problems" by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This is an 8 week series of classes that includes a free book, however drop-ins are welcome as each class stands alone.
