Workshop instructor Gai Laing Jones invites inexperienced or experienced actors, who celebrate being 55 and older, to a six-week senior theater acting workshop. Meetings happen on Zoom for five sequential Wednesday afternoons and one evening Showcase. Participants will work on building an acting ensemble, improvisation study, acting techniques, writing original monologues, scenes for senior citizens based on our life stories, and much more. Acting experience is not required. Memorization of scripts is not essential.
