The LGS Foundation is hosting its 7th Annual Walk 'n' Wheel for Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS), March 26th, 2002 to raise awareness and increase funding to accelerate research on LGS, a rare and often debilitating form of early-onset epilepsy. Approximately one million children and adults worldwide have LGS.
This global virtual event will have the LGS community 'walking where they're at' in their own local communities. The Santa Barbara LGS community of friends and families will walk around Alice Keck Park starting at the Arrellaga and Santa Barbara St. entrance. Beginning at 11:00am we'll walk to raise awareness and celebrate our loved ones with LGS.
