Topic: "Independence and Inclusion for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities"
This Grants in Action forum will highlight the work of two Women's Fund of Santa Barbara 2022-2023 grantees: Alpha Resource Center of Santa Barbara and Hillside. In this forum, you'll learn about individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and the programs and services they need to live full, happy, and healthy lives. Through presentations and a moderated panel discussion, the leaders and staff will discuss excellent and effective programs and services, potential improvements, and recommendations for expanding the inclusion of people with IDD in our communities.
