Women's Literary Festival has invited Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz to be the presenting author at their salon. This is an intimate gathering to provide a up-close and personal contact with a women writer who passion for social justice for indigenous people's rights, women's right and international human rights comes from her background as a historian, researcher and activist. Her book "An Indigenous Peoples History of the United States " (2014) has been adopted for Young Adult readers.
