Finally - yoga for the “not so young” body. This is a class of conditioning yoga movements designed especially for seniors.You will not be:Twisting into a pretzel, balancing like a stork, or attempting to bring your nose to your knees.You will be:Regaining flexibility and balance and strengthening muscles.Gentle movements that help you regain use of neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, ankles, feet, stomach, spine, organs. Movements will be individualized for your particular needs; injuries, surgeries, hip/knee replacements and more.Starts January 15th 12:15-1:30 pm
