Loving Kindness

May all beings find happiness and the cause of happiness!” We recite the Four Immeasurables before each practice, but now we are fortunate to have an entire evening devoted to just the first of these qualities. Join our Teaching Assistants for an evening dedicated to uncovering and fostering the Bodhisattva attitude of Loving Kindness.
