The University Center serves as a center of student activity at UCSB while also providing
a variety of services to faculty, staff, alumni and campus visitors. The UCen is committed to providing outstanding service and responding to the changing needs of the campus community. It is a campus department within Administrative & Auxiliary Services and comprises the following units: UCSB Bookstore, UCen Dining Services, and UCen Administration (Director's Office, Accounting & Information Services, Cashiers & Post Office, Operations, Conference Services, Marketing, and ACCESS Card). A variety of other campus departments, student organizations and leased operations maintain tenant space within the building.
