Authorities have released the names of the man and woman who were discovered dead inside a Los Olivos home on the 2200 block of Alamo Pintado Avenue in an apparent murder-suicide Thursday morning. The woman is Kimberly Lannette Hamilton, 45, of Los Olivos, and the man is Gregg Todd Hamilton, 50, of Santa Ynez.
According to a press release from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, it appears that Gregg Hamilton shot Kimberly Hamilton before shooting himself.
Sheriff’s detectives are still investigating the case.
