The Santa Barbara County Coroner’s Bureau has released the name of the man who died while diving off San Miguel Island on March 9.
The deceased is 59-year-old Santa Barbara resident Richard Toledo, Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Raquel Zick announced on Wednesday afternoon . The cause and manner of death are pending, Zick said, though there were no signs of foul play.
