A Cessna 210 crash-landed onto one of the north-south runways at Santa Barbara Airport around 1:40 p.m. today when it came in with its landing gear still retracted. The privately owned, single-engine plane contained only the pilot, who was unhurt by the incident. The runway was being cleared, and no flights were affected by the accident, said Tracy Lincoln, airport operations manager.
