Good Government?

I'm pretty certain that humans are incapable of self governance. I mean, geez-louise, how is Marxism different from capitalism and can anyone point to any country with a "good" government? We seem incapable of working together toward anything. Giggle, wheeze, cough, ow ... it kinda makes one happy to be terminally ill. Giggle. I'm ready to "shuffle off this mortal coil."
