What’s so fun about peace, love, and avocados? Well, just about everything. From the bountiful expressions of what’s surely our butteriest, nuttiest and most versatile locally grown fruit — in ice cream, beer, song, lotion, candy, and guacamole form — to the 60 live band performances, 50 arts and crafts and commercial vendors, and loads of delicious food purveyors, Carpinteria’s annual California Avocado Festival was once again a blast!
