A 29-year-old man sought help from a Sheriff’s deputy on the 5800 block of Hollister Avenue on Wednesday night, saying he was attacked by Roberto Rocha, 39, while sleeping in his car that night on the 50 block of Depot Road.

According to a Sheriff’s Office press release, the victim reported that Rocha woke him up and the two began to fight. When the victim drove away, Rocha allegedly kept firing shots at the car, the release said.
